Prarambh Manpower Support began operations from Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad in 2009, supplying skilled and semi-skilled labour to a handful of pharmaceutical and food-processing units in the surrounding industrial belt. The founding team had one observation: factories were not struggling to find workers. They were struggling to find workers who showed up compliant, trained and on time, without the client having to manage PF and ESIC paperwork themselves.
That single focus on compliance-first staffing is what took us from a single-district operation to a manpower partner serving units across Naroda, Vatva, Changodar, Rajkot, and the Somnath-Veraval coastal belt. Fifteen years on, we have placed over 500 workers across pharmaceutical, food & beverage, cold storage, warehousing and industrial manufacturing sites, and we still run every deployment through the same compliance checklist we started with.
